Step into the outdoor world of yoga where nature guides us into the wild depths of our practice. Every retreat includes multiple sessions covering various forms and styles, such as hatha, vinyasa, yogalining and SUP Yoga. Our teachers travel the world over and sometimes only pop in as guests, so make sure to request your favorite! Get to know the teachers here.
Every session of morning yoga will begin with an optional (guided) sunrise meditation class, followed by a 90 minute yoga asana class. Weather permitted, all yoga classes will take place outdoors so be sure to bring comfortable clothes for all conditions. Blankets are provided for cushions and coverage, in addition to yoga mats and blocks.

Get hands on with the wild with a session of rock climbing, included in every Moab ReWilder retreat. Confronting ones own inner nature with nature, climbing offers both a physical and mental challenge and builds trust, stamina, and mindful movement. Our guides will take you to one of Moab’s scenic crags and provide a full introduction of desert climbing, covering everything from climbing techniques, belaying, knots, and more. The Moab area is home to some of the best developed sandstone cliffs worldwide, offering a variety of crack climbs, low-angle slabs and face climbing to suit everyones style. Climbing trips are well-suited for all levels and include all rock climbing specific gear.

Utah canyoneering offers a physically action packed day of hiking, scrambling, rappelling and swimming through ancient canyons carved out by time. These trips offer up an exciting way to see some of Moab's less explored paths while getting you moving in every direction. Canyoneering is offered as half-day or full-day trips with multiple canyons offered for varying experience levels.

The mighty Colorado River cuts through the dry desert, bringing life to its valleys and offering up a place of retreat and rewilding adventure. Stand up paddle boarding trips are a great way to kick your balancing skills up a notch or simply relax and let the current take you downstream. Yoga SUP is offered as part of the 3-Day Yoga Adventure Retreats and a sure way to reinvigorate your yoga practice. Here, the water keeps you moving forward and it's up to you as to how you flow and channel the energy of natures current.

Strengthen your body and mind with the dynamic sport of Slacklining! What is slacklining? Slacklining is the practice of balancing and moving along a flexible piece of webbing stretched between two anchor points. This unique practice is a fun and effective way to develop complete body awareness, core stability, balance and mental focus, all while getting in a great workout. The simplicity of the sport makes it easy for anyone to learn and the versatility of it makes it a great way to train for other physical activities or just relax and have fun!
A standard 2 hour slacklining class includes mental and physical preparations, rigging techniques and practices in balance, movement, yogalining and stretching. Slacklines will also be set up for the duration of retreats so you can practice any chance you get.

Acroyoga has come to extend across the globe, weaving a community based on communication, play, and trust. Wild SOL Retreats employs experienced instructors to guide workshop based flows during select ReWilder retreats and are available for custom bookings.

Home to some of the largest and most unique sandstone towers in the world, Moab's desert towers offer a thrilling climbing experience you won't forget. Standing the test of time, these awe-inspiring towers challenge ones collected climbing experience in the best of ways, providing expansive vistas, airy rappels and a connection to something so ancient the rock itself has become art. Thai yoga massage utilizes a series of postures and massage techniques along the body's energy lines and pressure points, resulting in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. In this workshop, participants are in groups of 2 and the massage therapist guides the students through a 45 minute flow. Each participant has the opportunity to be both the giver and receiver. A favorite for couples! Thai yoga massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both giver and receiver are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.
Time commitment: 1.5 - 2 hours
Pricing: $250 + tax
Utilizing plants to heal the mind, body, and spirit is an ancient art and practice dating back thousands of years in many cultures and healthcare systems. Sara Jane Taylor is a clinical herbalist with a passion for teaching Plant Medicine and ethical wildcrafting when the seasons are ripe. She specializes in Flower Essences and highlights this area of vibrational medicine while teaching at herb schools, music & healing arts festivals, and community events. This unique experience will get participants on a pleasantly grounding hike where they will learn how to ethically wildcraft their own herbs and flowers. Upon returning to camp, Sara Jane will lead the group through a medicine making experience where they will learn how flower essence medicine relates to the cosmos through its vibrational effects on the chakras, meridians & aura.
