ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Bel Carpenter

BEL CARPENTER >>> Bel has been teaching yoga, training teachers, and running yoga studios in Colorado since 1997.  He is the father of two children, the co-founder of Vimana Yoga, and director of White Horse Yoga in Carbondale.  Vimana Yoga is an accessible practice of five styles of yoga which skillfully combines asana, pranayama, and meditation to help practitioners realize their greatest potential.  Bel has assisted Yogarupa, Rod Stryker's Para Yoga Master Trainings, and is studying to lead "The Four Desires" Workshops.   Bel's passion for yoga comes from his passion for the practice.  He believes that "Yoga and meditation are the single greatest tools that we have to heal ourself, others, and the world."

Raven Clemente

RAVEN CLEMENTE >>> Raven’s yoga practice began over 18 years ago, as advised by a counselor, for stress and pain management; due to a back injury from a car accident. The practice  became part of her life's journey ever since. In 2008, Raven earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification and as of September 2012.  She then continued her education and expanded her variety of classes to teach.  From high intensity cycle yoga classes to captivatingly calming yin yoga, she explored it all. In 2012 Raven became the first in the State of Colorado to be certified as an Unnata® Aerial Yoga instructor. She then opened a yoga studio in Boulder Colorado from 2012-2017.  Through that time Raven then furthered her development with the brand and began leading teacher trainings under Michelle Dortignac and aerialyoga.com.

Blending both her knowledge from teaching, and developing a highly successful aerial yoga program at her home studio, it was from this nutrient dense material that Raven developed Silks Yoga.

Laura Zeigler

LAURA ZEIGLER >>> Laura is certified and teaches Yoga and AcroYoga to adults and kids in Boulder, CO. She loves practicing in community and moves into embodied relationship with curiosity, open communication and creativity. Through AcroYoga she discovered Thai massage and an ever deepening understanding of both physical and spiritual anatomy. Her practice of conscious, healing touch also includes luxurious therapeutic flights, in which the recipient can release deep holding patterns of stress and tension. When she is not on the mat teaching or practicing, you can find Laura spending quality time with her family, working at yoga and music festivals, or upside down in the park - either on her hands or someone else’s feet!

Blaine Wilkes

BLAINE WILKES >>> Blaine started her wellness journey when she became a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer in 1991.  Over the next two and a half decades she immersed herself in a healthcare career while teaching others to live active, healthy lifestyles and competing in running races and triathlons including 30+ marathons and 4 Ironman triathlons. Blaine also became a certified holistic health coach in 2012.  After significant soul searching and meditation, Blaine decided to leave the corporate world and create a space where her community can gather to work on physical, mental and emotional growth in a safe, fun and supportive environment.  Blaine opened Yoga Hive Colorado in 2017 and continues to pursue education in yoga, fitness, nutrition, meditation and wellness.

Tiffany Moyer

TIFFANY MOYER >>> Tiffany has always been fascinated with exploring new places and ideas while holding a close connection to nature.  Growing up in the countryside outside of San Diego, CA she learned to appreciate life outdoors at an early age but it wasn’t until 2010 when she booked a one-way ticket to Asia and followed the call of the WILD that her adventure really began.  Since then life has taken Tiffany on a wondrous journey, spanning 4 continents and connecting her to her life passions of rock climbing, yoga and travel. Tiffany has since dedicated her life to guiding various disciplines of outdoor adventure all over the world including Australia, Thailand and Moab, Utah, which she now calls home. She founded Wild SOL Retreats in 2016 to share her passion for the outdoors with others and to provide the space for others to ignite their own rewilding experience.  Her practice of living a life built off of the Five points of yoga shape her teachings and every day lifestyle.
